Your initial 1,000 AED fee-free processing limit has an expiry date, valid for 30 days from the moment it’s unlocked. If it isn’t used before then, the unused amount expires and standard fees apply to your payments.
You can see your remaining fee-free balance and its expiry date at the top of your Home screen and in the referral section of the app. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
You can unlock more fee-free processing by inviting other businesses to Ziina. You’ll get 5,000 AED in fee-free processing once a business you invited receives 1,000 AED in card payments within 90 days of joining (counted after fees, excluding transfers and deposits).
